The Climate Ambassadors project enables employers to engage directly with education settings.
Education settings need a wide variety of skills, including project and change management, communications and technical sustainability, and climate expertise, to help them develop and deliver meaningful climate action plans.
As an employer, you can support the project by including Climate Ambassadors as part of your employee volunteering schemes. This supports your community engagement and social value goals and provides employees with opportunities to give back to their communities, further their own positive sustainability impacts and enhance their climate skills and knowledge. This has knock-on benefits to staff recruitment and retention as increasing numbers of employees want to work for organisations that have an environmental or social purpose.
Climate Ambassadors has collaboration at its heart and we’re privileged to work with a range of inspiring partners. We always welcome exploring new partnerships with organisations who have put sustainability at the heart of their operations and mission. If your work aligns with Climate Ambassadors and you think you can support our project nationally, or multi-regionally, please get in touch via email.
