As part of the Department for Education Sustainability and Climate Change Strategy, all education settings are expected to have a climate action plan and sustainability lead in place. Join the DfE’s Sustainability Support Programme partners, Climate Ambassadors and other supporting organisations for a collaborative morning of climate action planning. Whether your nursery, school or college is at the start of this journey, or somewhere along the line, this session will provide you with an opportunity to explore climate action ideas that are relevant to your education setting and context. Through examples, discussions and activities, you will begin to draft your climate action plan and leave equipped to inspire meaningful change in your educational community.
